Adbri Concrete is seeking a motivated Batcher / Plant Operator for our Katherine operation. You’ll gain hands-on experience in batching, loader operation, scheduling and customer service in a fast-paced team.
No batching experience required; we offer training. Responsibilities include taking orders, coordinating deliveries, operating the batching system, keeping the site safe and compliant, and supporting stock control and admin.
We’re looking for a motivated and reliable Batcher / Plant Operator to join the team at Adbri Concrete’s busy Katherine operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone wanting to step into the concrete industry or build on existing construction or operational experience. You don’t need previous batching experience - we’re open to training the right person who is eager to learn, has a strong work ethic and enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment!
This role offers real variety where no two days are the same – combining concrete batching, customer service, scheduling, loader operation and plant coordination.

Working as part of a small team, your day-to-day duties will include:
Monday – Friday (rostered shifts are between the hours of 5am – 5pm) and you may be required to participate in Saturdays as required.
