Adbri Limited is offering a permanent, full-time Trainee Batcher position at Welland in South Australia. This hands-on role provides comprehensive on-the-job training, nationally recognised licences and the skills to safely operate a concrete batching plant while delivering quality product daily.

Responsibilities

  • Operate and monitor batching plant equipment to produce concrete to specification.
  • Coordinate truck movements to ensure safe and efficient site operations.
  • Conduct routine inspections, maintenance and housekeeping activities.
  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with production planning.
  • Work collaboratively with drivers, customers and operations teams to meet delivery schedules.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality and environmental standards.

Upon successful completion of your traineeship, you'll have the skills, confidence and autonomy to manage plant operations and explore further career opportunities across one of Australia's leading construction materials businesses.

This role will be located at Welland.
