Job summary

Regional Group Australia seeks an experienced Relief Concrete Batcher/Driver for our Gracemere, QLD plant. The role involves accurate batching to meet mix designs, truck allocation for smooth customer operations, and coordinating equipment calibration.

You will supervise staff and lead safety practices while maintaining plant efficiency and equipment condition. This permanent, on-site position requires a White Card, relevant batching experience, and the ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening.

Qualifications

• Experience in batching and/or concrete industry
• Full working rights in Australia
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
• White card (construction)
• HR driver's license is preferred

• Batch orders accurately per mix design

Responsibilities include:

• Accurate batching of orders to meet the requirements of specified mix design
• Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations for our customers
• Coordinate repair and calibration of equipment
• Supervision and management of staff
• Commitment to safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.
• Maintaining plant and equipment in a cost-effective manner to deliver a high utilisation rate.
• Driving Agitator Trucks
• HR driver's license
• White card
• Relevant batching and/or concrete industry experience
• Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening
• Full working rights within Australia
