Job summary

Heidelberg Materials Group in Bundaberg is seeking an Agitator Driver. You will operate modern agitator trucks and deliver concrete to customers from our Bundaberg Plant. The role offers an hourly rate of $32.61 to $37.90 plus superannuation and overtime.

Expect 50+ hours weekly with Saturday shifts and a 10-day training program for new starters. Hold a valid HR licence (preferred but not essential) and a Construction White Card (or be willing to obtain one).

Qualifications

• Must have HR licence and driving experience preferred but not essential.
• Construction White Card or willingness to obtain before start.
• Strong people skills with safety-first mindset.
• Pride in vehicle cleanliness and presentation.
• Able to pass pre-employment medical including drug/alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Operate agitator trucks to deliver concrete.
• Ensure on-time deliveries to customers from Bundaberg Concrete Plant.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report safety issues.
