Job summary

Hoban Recruitment is seeking motivated Compounding Assistants to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in Coorparoo. Immediate starts available and day or afternoon shifts offered.

You will prepare, check, label and pack products in a clean, air‑conditioned environment, with full training provided and ongoing opportunities within a growing business.

Qualifications

• Must have unlimited working rights in Australia.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or pharmaceutical environments is helpful but not essential.
• Ability to follow procedures and work instructions with accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills required.

Responsibilities

• Picking materials and components for production orders.
• Performing quality checks and labeling products.
• Packing and boxing finished products for dispatch.
• Preparing materials for the compounding process.
• Checking product information, batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Sanitising materials before production.
• Transferring prepared products into clean room environments.
• Completing production documentation and records.
• Using computer systems to support daily operations.
• Following strict quality, safety and hygiene procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Compounding Assistants | Immediate Start | Coorparoo

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking motivated and reliable Compounding Assistants to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing facility based in Coorparoo. Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their team and is looking for individuals who are eager to learn and build a long-term career within a clean and modern production environment.

Both day and afternoon shifts are available with immediate starts on offer.

Shifts:

• Monday to Friday | 6:54am to 3:00pm | $35.50 per hour
• Monday to Thursday | 1:00pm to 9:06pm & Friday | 11:00am to 7:06pm | $39.76 per hour

About the Role:

Working within a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for preparing, checking, labelling and packing products while ensuring strict quality and safety standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
