Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a reliable Process Worker for a busy Rocklea manufacturing facility with an immediate start. The role operates 5:30am–1:30pm, Monday–Friday, offering consistent hours and potential ongoing work. On-site training and a supportive team help you settle in quickly.

You’ll inspect products, pack and label items, stack pallets, and perform general labour tasks while maintaining safety and cleanliness. High-visibility clothing and safety boots are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in process work, production, packing or manufacturing is beneficial.
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• The ability to complete an online induction before commencing.
• Availability to work from 5:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Your own high-visibility clothing, long pants and steel-capped safety boots.
• A strong work ethic and the ability to take responsibility for your work.
• Good attention to detail and a safety-focused approach.
• The ability to perform repetitive and physically active duties.

• $33+ per hour
• Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 1:30pm

This is a casual position with an immediate start and the potential for ongoing work. The early morning shift provides consistent weekday hours, leaving your afternoons free.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting products and completing quality control checks
• Packing finished products carefully and neatly
• Stacking and palletising packaged boxes
• Labelling products and cartons
• Completing general labouring and cleaning duties
• Assisting with additional production tasks as required

To be successful, you will need:
