Job summary

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a reliable Process Worker for a Rocklea manufacturing facility. This casual role runs Monday to Friday, 5:30am–1:30pm with an immediate start and potential for ongoing work. On-the-job training is provided in a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities include QC checks, packing, palletising, labeling and general labour. Applicants should have process/manufacturing experience, a valid licence, and PPE ready. Immediate start offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in process work or manufacturing is beneficial.
• Must have a current driver’s licence and reliable transport.
• Ability to complete an online induction prior to starting.
• Availability for 5:30am–1:30pm, Monday to Friday.
• Own high-visibility clothing, long pants and steel-capped boots.
• Strong work ethic and safety-focused approach.
• Able to perform repetitive and physically active duties.

• Stacking and palletising packaged boxes.

Process Worker | Early Morning Shift | Rocklea

• $33+ per hour
• Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 1:30pm

HOBAN Recruitment is seeking a reliable and motivated Process Worker to join a busy manufacturing facility in the Rocklea area.

This is a casual position with an immediate start and the potential for ongoing work. The early morning shift provides consistent weekday hours, leaving your afternoons free.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting products and completing quality control checks
• Packing finished products carefully and neatly
• Stacking and palletising packaged boxes
• Labelling products and cartons
• Completing general labouring and cleaning duties
• Assisting with additional production tasks as required
• Maintaining a safe, clean and organised work area

To be successful, you will need:

• Previous experience in process work, production, packing or manufacturing is beneficial
• A current driver’s licence and reliable transport
• The ability to complete an online induction before commencing
• Availability to work from 5:30am to 1:30pm, Monday to Friday
• Your own high-visibility clothing, long pants and steel-capped safety boots
• A strong work ethic and the ability to take responsibility for your work
• Good attention to detail and a safety-focused approach
• The ability to perform repetitive and physically active duties
