Job summary

Zurich Australia is seeking a Compliance Training and Communications Manager to lead planning, development and delivery of engaging learning across Australia and New Zealand. You will use online modules, face-to-face sessions and campaigns to strengthen our compliance culture and understand responsibilities.

Three years of learning coordination, strong facilitation skills, and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment are required.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience coordinating and delivering learning solutions for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience designing and developing online learning content, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
• Strong facilitation skills with in-person and virtual training delivery.
• Degree and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles; ability to translate complex information.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual compliance training and communications plan across Australia and New Zealand.
• Review and update online learning modules reflecting regulatory and policy changes.
• Adapt Group training content to meet local regulatory requirements.
• Design and facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual compliance training.
• Create clear communications that raise awareness of key compliance topics.
• Maintain training records, monitor completion and support reporting.
