Job summary

Zurich in Australia is recruiting a Compliance Training and Communications Manager for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will lead the planning, development, and delivery of engaging compliance learning across Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities include updating modules for regulatory changes, adapting content for local needs, and creating campaigns to raise awareness of compliance topics. Hybrid work and strong development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience coordinating and delivering learning solutions for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience designing and developing online learning content, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and translating complex information into practical learning.
• Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, planning and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the annual compliance training and communications plan across Australia and New Zealand.
• Review and update online learning modules to reflect regulatory, policy and business changes.
• Adapt Group training content to meet local regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Design and facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual compliance training.
• Create clear and compelling communications that build awareness of key compliance topics.
• Maintain accurate training records, monitor completion and support compliance reporting.
