Job summary

Zurich Insurance Group in Australia is hiring a Compliance Training and Communications Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract to lead the planning, development and delivery of engaging compliance learning across Australia and New Zealand.

You'll design online modules, facilitate sessions, update content, build clear communications, maintain training records and support reporting, all while strengthening our compliance culture.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience coordinating and delivering learning solutions for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience designing and developing online learning content, ideally using Articulate 360 or similar tools.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience delivering face-to-face and virtual training.
• A degree and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, or an equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of adult learning principles and ability to translate complex information into practical learning experiences.
• Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, planning and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development and delivery of engaging compliance learning and communications across Australia and New Zealand.
• Deliver the annual compliance training and communications plan across Australia and New Zealand.
• Review and update online learning modules to reflect regulatory, policy and business changes.
• Adapt Group training content to meet local regulatory requirements and business needs.
• Design and facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual compliance training.
• Create clear and compelling communications that build awareness of key compliance topics.
• Maintain accurate training records, monitor completion and support compliance reporting.
