Qualifications

• Experience in compliance within lending or fintech.
• Working knowledge of NCCP Act and consumer credit regs.
• Understanding of Australian Credit Licence obligations.

Responsibilities

• Support the compliance framework and ongoing monitoring activities.
• Interpret NCCP Act requirements and obligations.
• Conduct compliance reviews, testing and reporting.
• Maintain compliance policies, procedures and registers.
• Identify regulatory risks and coordinate with stakeholders to address issues.
