Job summary

John Holland is delivering the Kidston Pumped Storage Hydro Project in Far North Queensland. This senior role leads CCMS (Hexagon Smart Completions) activities and coordinates with construction, QA and commissioning to drive efficient system handover and turnover readiness.

You will oversee walkdowns, punch closure, and track progress to keep completions on schedule, while supporting commissioning with complete documentation across disciplines on one of Australia’s iconic projects.

Qualifications

• Experience in Completions, Commissioning or Turnover on major projects.
• Strong working knowledge of CCMS / Hexagon Smart Completions.
• Solid understanding of the full completions lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with ITRs, punch lists and handover documentation.
• Able to read drawings/specs and work across QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead CCMS (Hexagon Smart Completions) including tagging, ITRs, punch lists and reporting.
• Coordinate with construction, QA and commissioning teams to drive efficient system handover.
• Oversee walkdowns, punch close-out and turnover readiness.
• Track progress, identify risks and keep completions on schedule.
• Support commissioning and start-up with accurate, complete documentation.
