Job summary

John Holland is seeking a Senior CCMS / Hexagon Engineer to lead the Completions and Commissioning Management System (CCMS) for a major infrastructure project in Queensland. This FIFO 2:1 role will oversee Hexagon Smart Completions, governance, data integrity and handover readiness across construction, commissioning and operations.

You'll coordinate with engineering, quality, commissioning and client teams, develop dashboards and reports, and mentor project personnel in CCMS processes while

Qualifications

• Experience with Hexagon Smart Completions or similar CCMS.
• Experience on major infrastructure, energy, mining, oil & gas or industrial projects.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, governance and optimisation of CCMS using Hexagon Smart Completions.
• Manage systemisation structures, certification frameworks and turnover requirements.
• Maintain asset data, tag registers, certification records and turnover documentation within CCMS.
• Monitor and report on construction completion, mechanical completion and commissioning readiness.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, commissioning and subcontractor teams to ensure records are accurate and ready for handover.
• Develop project dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility of completions and turnover performance.
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental requirements.
