Job summary

John Holland Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior CCMS/Hexagon Engineer for a FIFO 2:1 roster to lead completions and commissioning management across a major hydro project in Far North Queensland. You will oversee systemisation, certification, ITRs and turnover, coordinating with engineering, construction, quality and commissioning teams to ensure accurate records and timely handover.

Qualifications

• Experience with Hexagon Smart Completions or similar CCMS is required.
• Experience supporting completions, commissioning, turnover or operational readiness on major infrastructure, energy, mining, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of systemisation, certification, ITRs, punch management and handover processes.
• Experience managing large data sets, asset registers and turnover records.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are highly regarded.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality; able to engage with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, governance and optimisation of CCMS using Hexagon Smart Completions.
• Manage systemisation structures, subsystem boundaries and turnover requirements.
• Maintain asset data, tag registers, certification records, ITR matrices and turnover docs in CCMS.
• Monitor and report on construction completion, mechanical completion, commissioning readiness and handover progress.
• Coordinate with engineering, construction, quality, commissioning and subcontractors to ensure records are accurate and ready for handover.
• Support planning and execution of system walkdowns, punch management and close-out activities.
• Ensure ITRs, redlines, blue-lines and handover docs are completed and approved as required.
• Develop and maintain project dashboards and reporting tools for completions and turnover performance.
• Support operational readiness and data integrity for handover activities.
