Northern Sydney Local Health District is seeking a caring Registered Nurse to join Ward 7 at Ryde Hospital, a 20-bed general medical ward with diverse presentations. This permanent full-time position offers a supportive team and a positive ward culture.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with patients and the health care team to achieve quality outcomes. NSW Health requires immunisation and OASV processes during recruitment.

Formación

• Registered Nurse - Division 1 with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Current clinical knowledge and clinical problem solving ability.
