Aruma is seeking casual Support Workers for Port Macquarie to help people connect with their communities and live fuller lives. You will support individuals at home, in community settings, and Clubhouse locations, fostering friendships and inclusion.

Role emphasizes compassionate personal care, relationship-building, and a flexible schedule across 7 days, with opportunities to obtain required checks and a valid driver’s license to assist clients in adventures.

Qualifications

• You are eager to learn and willing to provide compassionate personal care.

• You are willing to obtain a First Aid/CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
