Job summary

Fighting Chance is seeking multiple support workers to join our SDA home Casa Vivus in NSW. You will provide personalised care to five residents across two houses onsite and in the community, promoting independence and wellbeing.

We value compassionate, reliable team players with flexibility to cover varied shifts. Training provided, including NDIS and first aid, and opportunities for career development within BASE Housing Collective.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to work various shifts including mornings, afternoons, sleepovers and weekends.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid & CPR (HLTAID003) or willingness to obtain.
• Rights to work in Australia.
• Full NSW Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Delivering personalised support in the home and community based on residents' needs and interests.
• Assisting residents with meals, personal care and medications.
• Support residents to engage with the community and attend medical appointments.
• Enter case notes into the Client Management System.
