Job summary

Fighting Chance Australia in Beacon Hill NSW is seeking compassionate Support Workers to join our brand new SDA Housing team. You will provide in-home and community support to two women, with shifts that may be shorter now but could expand in the future.

Responsibilities include personal care, mealtimes, medication assistance, and documenting notes in the Client Management System. We value empathy, reliability, and strong communication to build meaningful relationships.
