Job summary

Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for Assumption Villa in Leeton. You will deliver safe, patient-centred nursing care, perform holistic assessments, develop care plans, and support a rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night shifts.

You must hold current AHPRA RN registration, have aged care or hospital experience, and communicate compassionately with residents.

Qualifications

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
• Aged Care or Hospital experience.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including morning, afternoon and night shifts.
• Understanding of ANACC, including charting, assessments and funding submissions.
