Harbourside Port Stephens is a not-for-profit aged care provider in Port Stephens, NSW, seeking a Personal Care Assistant to deliver person-centred care under a Registered Nurse and Care Manager. You will support residents to maintain dignity, independence and comfort in line with individual care plans.

We value compassionate teams, ongoing learning and adherence to quality standards. Pre-employment screening including the NDIS/Police checks and First Aid/CPR is required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Ageing or equivalent is required.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or Aged Care Worker Screening Check is required, or willingness to obtain.
• Current National Police Check is required, or willingness to obtain.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to residents under the direction of the RN/ Care Manager.
• Support residents to maintain dignity, independence and comfort as per care plans.
• Contribute to a safe, respectful environment and document resident information accurately.
