Job summary

Success Care Provider Pty Ltd is hiring Personal Care Assistants for part-time shifts at our Maitland site. You will deliver respectful, hands-on support that follows individual care plans, helping residents with daily living tasks and mobility to enhance quality of life in a compassionate setting.

Under supervision of a Clinical Leader and/or EN/RN, you will communicate care needs, maintain dignity and safety, and contribute to a positive team culture that values learning and development.

Qualifications

• Communication skills required to interact with residents, families and staff.
• Ability to follow individual care plans and deliver hands-on support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents under supervision.
• Deliver care in alignment with care plans and leadership.
• Communicate residents' needs to the Clinical Leader/EN/RN.
