Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing receptionist roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to coordinate interpreting/translation services when required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to connect with AccessHC services and information.
• Provide administrative support to the medical team and maintain confidentiality.
• Book and reschedule appointments for customers attending AccessHC premises.
• Collect and process payments and claims for services delivered.
• Coordinate interpreting/translation services; work across Lilydale and Belgrave locations.
