Job summary

Access Health and Community in Lilydale invites applications for a friendly Customer Service Professional to join our GP Practice. You will create a welcoming patient experience, manage inquiries, and coordinate administrative tasks with the medical team in a supportive, community-focused setting.

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this permanent part-time (0.6 EFT) position runs 8.30am–4.30pm at AccessHC Lilydale, with opportunities for development, work-life balance and flexible

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing receptionist roles (medical, retail or hospitality).
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate interpreting services when required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Commitment to patient-centred care and privacy.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers to connect with AccessHC services.
• Provide administrative support and maintain confidentiality.
• Arrange interpreting/ translating services when required.
• Book and reschedule appointments for customers attending AccessHC.
• Collect and processing payments and claims for services delivered.
• Ability to work across Lilydale and Belgrave locations.
