Job summary

Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN) is seeking a proactive administrator to support Eastern Community Mental Health and ROPP. You will manage confidential records, coordinate clinics and be the first point of contact across CALHN.

This permanent full-time role offers ASO-2 level salary ($66,442-$69,504 p.a. + super) and salary packaging options, with opportunities within CALHN.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
• Confident handling high call volumes and enquiries.
• Skilled in prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Discreet, tactful and compassionate with clients.
• Experienced in administrative support and office procedures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate client records and appointment schedules.
• Answer phones and counter enquiries with care and discretion.
• Coordinate diaries to support busy multidisciplinary clinics.
• Liaise with clinicians, services and external providers.
• Support admin needs across the Adelaide Metro Mental Health Program.
