RDNS Your Choice HomeCare is hiring a Home Care Support Worker to provide companionship and in-home care for elderly clients in Maroubra and nearby areas. The role includes light domestic duties, personal care, and transporting clients to appointments.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months’ experience in home care; disability support alone does not meet the requirements.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Police Check.
• Valid Driver's Licence and own car.
• Willingness to travel up to 30 mins; flexible Mon-Fri hours.

Responsibilities

• Domestic assistance: light housekeeping, meals, ironing, laundry.
• Personal care: dressing, grooming, showering, bathing, nutrition.
• Transport and mobility: community access and appointments by vehicle.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to elderly clients.
• Report changes or concerns to the supervisor.
