RDNS Your Choice HomeCare is seeking a Home Care Support Worker to provide compassionate in-home services in Inner West NSW. The role involves assisting with daily living, personal care, and mobility while delivering companionship and safety for elderly clients.

Applicants should have Cert III in Aged Care/Individual Support, at least 12 months’ home care experience, a valid driver’s licence, and be willing to travel up to 30 minutes with own car. Flexible hours Monday–Friday are available.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent.
• At least 12 months’ experience in home care (aged care or in-home support).
• Disability support experience alone does not meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• Domestic Assistance: light housekeeping, meal prep, ironing and laundry.
• Personal Care: dressing, grooming, showering, toileting, nutrition and eating support.
