RDNS Your Choice HomeCare is seeking a Home Care Support Worker to assist elderly clients at home across Melbourne region. You will provide domestic assistance, personal care, and compassionate companionship, with flexible hours and the ability to travel within 30 minutes to clients.

A Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support is required, plus 12 months of home care experience and a valid licence; own car preferred.

Formación

• Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 months' experience in home care.
• Disability support experience alone does not meet role requirements.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes.
• Own car is mandatory.
• Current First Aid, CPR and Police Check.
• Excellent communication and compassionate demeanor.

Responsabilidades

• Domestic assistance: light housekeeping, meals, laundry.
• Personal care: dressing, grooming, bathing, nutrition.
• Transport and mobility: travel to services by vehicle.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
• Engage in friendly conversations and meaningful interactions.
• Report changes to supervisor.
