Job summary

RDNS Your Choice HomeCare is seeking a Home Care Support Worker to provide compassionate in-home aged care and support, helping clients remain independent at home.

Required: Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support and at least 12 months’ home-care experience; valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel up to 30 minutes; First Aid, CPR and Police Check. We offer competitive pay and flexible hours to suit your schedule.

Qualifications

Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support or similar.
Minimum 12 months’ experience in home care.
Disability support experience alone does not meet the requirements.
Valid Driver's Licence and willingness to travel up to 30 mins.
Own car is mandatory.
Current First Aid, CPR and Police Check.

Responsibilities

Domestic Assistance: light housekeeping (cleaning, meal prep, laundry).
Personal Care: dressing, grooming, bathing, toileting, nutrition support.
Transport and Mobility: accompany clients to appointments and activities.
Provide companionship and social interaction with clients.
Ensure client safety and report changes to supervisor.
