Qualifications

• Certificate iii in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care (Desirable).
• Current valid Driver's Licence and a registered, insured vehicle.
• Police Records Check (within last 12 months).
• Working with Children Check.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate – free online course.
• Rights to work in Australia.
• Availability to use personal smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of supports to participants in daily living.
• Work on the front line of Consumer Directed Services.
• Provide companionship, meal preparation, domestic assistance and medication management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of care provided to participants.
