Qualifications

• Certificate III in Mental Health, Disability, Aged Care or Home and Community Care or equivalent experience.
• Current valid Driver's License and registered vehicle.
• Police Records Check completed within last 12 months.
• Working with Children Check required.
• NDIS Workers Screening Check in place.
• NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate - online course.
• Rights to work in Australia.
• Availability to use personal smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a wide range of Support Worker services to participants for daily living.
• Work closely with participants to meet individual needs.
• Provide companionship, meal preparation, domestic assistance, and medication management.
• Act as frontline support within Consumer Directed Services.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in care delivery.
