Job summary

Renaissance Care is seeking a dedicated Domestic Assistant to join Riverside Care Home. In this role, you will help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents, supporting their comfort and dignity while upholding infection control standards.

You will work 25 hours per week, collaborate with staff, and have opportunities for learning and progression. Benefits include training opportunities, PPE, and wellbeing support through an Employee Assistance Programme.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or sector preferred.
• Good understanding of COSHH, HACCP, and infection control procedures.
• A strong communicator who works well in a team but can work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in all areas of the home.
• Ensure residents environment is clean, tidy, homely, and welcoming.
• Assist with residents' daily activities where possible while preserving dignity and privacy.
