Job summary

Renaissance Care (Scotland) Riverside is seeking compassionate Care Assistants for day shifts, with contracts of 33 or 44 hours per week. In-person role delivering person-centred care, supporting personal care, nutrition and wellbeing, and engaging residents in activities.

You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, uphold our values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion, and receive full training. UK work authorisation required.

Qualifications

• SVQ2 and care sector experience is beneficial but not essential as full training is provided.
• You will be an effective communicator and work well in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience in care is beneficial but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote a positive mealtime experience to support nutrition and hydration.
• Engage residents in person-centred activities, outings and events.
• Create 1:1 meaningful moments and support wellbeing and independence.
