Qualifications

• Experience in disability support with personal care and community access.
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance required.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
• Completion of NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
• A valid driver license and reliable vehicle are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living.
• Support members in their homes and communities.
• Assist with appointments and social activities.
• Encourage independence and participation.
• Provide reliable, respectful, person-centred support.
• Complete clear shift notes and documentation.
• Collaborate with members, families and the support team.
