Job summary

Focus Care is seeking enthusiastic and caring Support Workers to provide in-home assistance across Brisbane and surrounding areas. You’ll spend time building rapport with clients, delivering personal care, transport and social support, with shifts available Monday to Sunday and flexible hours.

Ideal candidates have NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain), current First Aid, and a commitment to a minimum of 10 hours per week. Join a supportive team making a real difference in clients’ lives.

Qualifications

• NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid.
• Availability to work minimum 10 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
• Willingness to provide services such as personal care, transport, domestic assistance & social support & travel to client’s homes within a specified location.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, transport, domestic assistance and social support to clients.
• Travel to clients' homes within a specified location to deliver services.
• Support clients across varied shifts, including potential weekends and overnight services.
