Cerebral Palsy Alliance is hiring a Disability Support Worker in Beacon Hill, NSW. The role supports residents in a SIL group home, promoting independence and daily living skills across morning, day, evening, and awake night shifts.

Ideal candidates bring a commitment to person-centred care, a current NSW P2 licence, and the ability to work a rotating roster. Training and progression opportunities are available within CPA's supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Commitment to person-centred care.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (minimum P2).
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living tasks and household activities.
• Provide personal care in a respectful and dignified manner.
• Administer medication as per care plans.
• Assist with mobility and use of assistive devices like hoists.
• Monitor and document client wellbeing and report changes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive team environment.
