Job summary

Cerebral Palsy Alliance Beacon Hill, NSW is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to join our Accommodation and Respite service. This permanent part-time role offers ~30+ hours per week across morning, day, evening and awake night shifts, supporting clients to live as independently as possible in a domestic setting.

You will help with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration and mobility support, ensuring safety, dignity and person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Commitment to person-centred care.
• Current NSW Driver's Licence (minimum P2).
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role.
• Willingness to work a rotating roster.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Working With Children Check.
• First Aid & CPR.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with daily living tasks and personal care.
• Administer medication as per care plans.
• Monitor wellbeing and document changes.
• Assist with mobility and use of hoists.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure quality care.
