Job summary

365 Care is seeking an experienced Disability Support Worker to support one client in Blackheath. The role focuses on Acquired Brain Injuries, schizophrenia, and promoting independence, with Monday to Friday engagement and a calm, supportive approach.

You will help with community activities, transport, light home tasks, and medication support, while adhering to client-specific training and safeguarding principles. A compassionate, proactive attitude is essential.

Qualifications

• First Aid and CPR required.
• NDIS Worker Screening Check and WWCC required.
• Valid driver's license and access to own reliable, insured car.
• Willingness to complete client-specific training before you begin.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home and community-based support to help clients stay independent.
• Assist with medication management and mobility support.
• Transport clients to appointments and activities; assist with light household tasks as needed.
