Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic in Mt Isa to support clients in the community, helping with daily activities and domestic tasks. You’ll travel between visits, delivering compassionate care and maintaining client independence.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Roadworthy & insured (Third Party Property minimum) vehicle to use for work.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting their independence and improving their quality of life.
• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits and interact one-on-one with clients in their homes.
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry and ironing.
