Job summary

BlueCare is seeking a Personal Carer to support clients in Centenary, Mt. Ommaney, Darra, Forest Lake and surrounding areas. You will travel between visits, delivering in‑home care and daily living assistance to improve quality of life.

Role involves following individual Care Plans, assisting with personal care, meals, light housekeeping and transportation to appointments. A supportive, community‑focused team environment awaits.

Qualifications

• Mandatory Certificate III Aged Care or Individual Support (or equivalent).
• Current Australian Driver’s Licence (Green Provisional minimum).
• Vehicle must be roadworthy and insured (third party minimum).

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home personal care and daily living assistance per individual Care Plans.
• Perform tasks during scheduled visits in clients' homes including bathing, meal prep, housekeeping, laundry and ironing.
• Support clients with community activities and transport to appointments or shopping.
• Maintain safety, dignity and independence while building trust with clients.
