Job summary

BlueCare in Australia is seeking a Personal Carer Domestic to support clients in the community, helping with daily activities and maintaining independence. You will travel to clients' homes for scheduled visits and deliver warm, person-centred home care.

The role involves domestic tasks such as cleaning, meal prep, laundry, and assisting with shopping and appointments, with a supportive team and Not-for-Profit salary packaging options.

Qualifications

• Current Australian Driver's Licence (Green Provisional minimum) – Essential.
• Roadworthy & insured vehicle to use for work – Essential.
• Experience with technology incl. smartphones, tablets, laptops etc.
• Confidence to satisfy the relevant probity checks required by legislation or policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to clients living in the community, supporting independence and quality of life.
• Spend time on the road completing scheduled visits and interact with clients in their homes.
• Provide domestic assistance with house cleaning, meal preparation, laundry and ironing.
• Assist with transportation, shopping and appointments.
