Qualifications

• Previous experience in a support worker or similar role in charity/voluntary sector is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
• Empathy and genuine desire to help others with client welfare at heart.
• Basic understanding of health and safety regulations in care settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to clients in accommodation, ensuring needs are met with dignity.
• Assist with daily living activities, personal care, meals, and medication management.

• Collaborate with other staff to implement individual care plans.
• Monitor and report progress or changes to the team.
