Zusammenfassung

Ozcare Group is seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our Currimundi Aged Care Facility in Queensland. You'll support residents to maintain dignity, independence and quality of life through person-centred care in a welcoming environment.

Role includes assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and medication support, working across a rotating roster. Casual shifts available with benefits and ongoing training.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) or equivalent qualification.
• Current Police Check valid within 3 years.
• Current First Aid and CPR certificates.
• Influenza vaccination and at least one COVID-19 vaccination.
• Experience assisting with personal care and medication support.
• Good computer literacy and mobile care documentation.

Aufgaben

• Providing individualised care and support in accordance with residents' care plans.
• Assisting with personal care activities: showering, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility.
• Supporting activities of daily living to promote independence and wellbeing.
• Assisting with medication administration per policies.
• Observing and reporting changes in health and wellbeing.
• Maintaining records and completing clinical and funding documentation.
• Contributing to a safe, clean and comfortable living environment.
• Collaborating with colleagues, residents, families and allied health professionals.
