You will assist with personal care, support mobility and transfers, help with meals, monitor health changes, and maintain accurate documentation while collaborating with nurses and the care team.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Ageing/Individuals Support is required.
• Passion for aged care and helping others.
• Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player.
• Great communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers.
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team.
