Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) and demonstrate compassion, adaptability, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) required.
• Passion for aged care and helping others.
• Friendly, compassionate and adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Supporting mobility and safe transfers.
• Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour.
• Maintaining accurate documentation.
• Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team.
