Job summary

Churches of Christ in Queensland Stanthorpe, QLD is seeking a Permanent Part-Time Residential Aged Care worker to provide direct personal care and support to residents. You will work with Registered and Enrolled Nurses to create a safe, respectful environment that values dignity and meaningful social engagement.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent.
• Current Police Check.
• Ability to work across day, afternoon, and night shifts.
• Hold Australian Work Rights – Sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals.
• Support residents’ emotional wellbeing and social engagement.
• Maintain residents’ dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Contribute to a safe, welcoming, homelike environment.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to nursing staff.
