St Vincent's Care Service Bronte is seeking a Casual Registered Nurse to join an experienced, compassionate team providing person‑centred care in a boutique aged care facility by the Sydney beaches. You will contribute to quality care, accurate record keeping and strong communication with residents and families.

The role supports the Heartprint approach, with flexible shifts, on-site teamwork and a focus on holistic wellbeing for residents across dementia and standard care. Closing date applies.

St Vincent's Care Services Bronte is a boutique facility located in one of Sydney's beautiful beachside neighbourhoods. Our 107-bed facility offers a high standard of holistic care as well as specialist dementia accommodation. • Nursing Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency is essential
• Clinical nursing practice experience in an aged care facility preferred (Minimum 2years experience essential).
• Flexibility and availability to work multiple shifts.
• Exhibit leadership skills with the ability to lead a team by example
• High level of customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow directives as per care plan
• Excellent record keeping skills with experience using Autumn Care (or similar) desirable
• Understanding of Aged Care and resident rights and responsibilities
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History (valid within 6 months)
• NDIS Worker Screening Check may be a requirement of this role.
