Job summary

Infinite Care is seeking a Personal Carer & Engagement Worker (PCEWs) or Lifestyle Assistant to support our elderly residents across AM, PM and Night shifts. You will join a caring team working closely with nursing and engagement staff to deliver compassionate, resident-focused care.

Ideal applicants have at least 1 year in Aged Care, strong communication skills, and a willingness to obtain required clearances. A safety-first culture and opportunities across 18 homes nationally are highlighted.

Qualifications

Current First Aid and CPR certification is essential.
Understanding of person-centred care principles and their application to lifestyle programs.
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is essential to work in the Aged Care sector.
Excellent safety awareness to prevent resident injuries.
Positive teamwork attitude and reliable time management for shift handovers.

Responsibilities

Provide resident-centric care and support across AM, PM and Night shifts.
Work closely with nursing and resident engagement teams to deliver quality care.
Maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers and follow safety procedures.
