Job summary

Infinite Aged Care is seeking Personal Carer Workers to support elderly residents across AM, PM and Night shifts. You will work with nursing, hospitality and engagement teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a safety-first environment.

The role requires empathy, strong communication, and teamwork, with initial training and pathways to upskill. Aged care placement experience and NDIS screening are valued.

Qualifications

• Ideally holds Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or Diploma of Nursing with aged care placement.
• Willing to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Clearance.
• Experience in aged care and ability to think on your feet for safety and rapport with residents.

Responsibilities

• Support elderly residents with daily care and activities.
• Collaborate with nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams.
• Maintain timely, compassionate care and adherence to safety procedures.
• Adapt to shift rotations including AM, PM and Night shifts.
