Job summary

Infinite Care is seeking Personal Carer Workers (PCWs) to support elderly residents across AM, PM and Night shifts. You will work closely with nursing, hospitality and engagement teams to deliver compassionate, resident-centered care in a safety-first environment.

Ideal applicants will have experience in aged care, strong communication skills, and a genuine commitment to improving residents' quality of life while adhering to safety procedures and standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in aged care settings preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families and colleagues.
• Willingness to work across AM, PM and Night shifts and follow safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver resident-centric care in collaboration with nursing, hospitality and resident engagement teams.
• Support elderly residents with daily activities, safety, and wellbeing.
• Maintain high standards of workplace safety and report incidents promptly.
