Job summary

Valmar Support Services Ltd in Lockhart is seeking caring, reliable staff to provide high-quality, person-centred support under CHSP and HCP programs. You will deliver domestic assistance, personal care, social and transport support, and help clients remain independent in their homes and communities.

Applicants should have Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent, First Aid/CPR, an Australian driver’s licence, and a willingness to undertake ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Follow support plans while remaining flexible to client needs.
• Understand wellness, reablement and restorative care principles.
• Ability to use mobile apps/devices for recording and reporting.
• Commitment to WHS and aged care compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide CHSP/HCP and brokerage-based services as negotiated with clients.
• Assist with domestic tasks, personal care, respite and social support.
• Support mobility, companionship and community engagement.
• Assist with medications reminders and use of mobility aids as needed.
• Maintain accurate client documentation and incident reporting.
